GENERAL CONDITIONS PAYMENTS

PAYMENTS
The agreement contract and services are binding after reception of 50% of the travel sum, which is transferred to our account in Naïrobi. The remaining amount must be transferred 20 days for travel commencement or cash to be paid in US dollars at arrival.

CANCELATION
1). If there is any cancelation the following rules will be observed concerning the cancelation costs: In the period of 20 days for commencement of the safari 30% of the total travel sum are implied.
2). In a period of 10 days for commencement of the safari 50% of the total travel sum are implied.
3). If you 5 cancel days for commencement your travel 100% of the total travel sum are implied.

CHANGES
We preserve the right change agreements or a safari to cancel, that could be necessary in our eyes. We preserve also the right accept or preserve everyone refuse, as a member of each safari at every moment. In that case the equivalent amount will be returned. In the period of 20 days for commencement of the safari 30% of the total travel sum are implied. In a period of 10 days for commencement of the safari 50% of the total travel sum are implied. If you 5 cancel days for commencement your travel 100% of the total travel sum are implied.

LIABILITY
Travel take along dangers with itself. For this reason we you recommend insuring you well. We are not responsible for personal sicknesses, lesions, delays, loss or damages of whatever. Ours delegated and we act only matter related as a commission agent of the passenger in safari. The suitable legal system of the country will govern concerning the liability of our customers.
